Title: Dry Rub Chicken Wings

Category: Entree

Cuisine: American

Ingredients

Instructions

Completely defrost chicken, then remove the tips from the wings.

In a large sealable mixing bowl, then thoroughly whisk together the dark brown sugar, chili powder, sweet smoked paprika,
ground cumin, hot cayenne pepper, ground garlic powder, ground mustard powder, table salt, and black pepper.

With a brush, evenly coat each chicken wing with vegetable oil.

Once all of the chicken wings are coated with oil, place them into the bowl with the dry rub mix,
seal the lid on to the bowl, and then vigorously shake the chicken so that it gets evenly coated with the seasonings.

Preheat your oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit.

Place your seasoned chicken wings into a baking dish, and then cook them for 30 minutes,
or until they reach a desired doneness, and all the inner meat is white.

Half way through baking, sprinkle the remaining seasonings over the top of the baking chicken,
then slide the dish back into the oven.

Serve the chicken, alone with a side of blue cheese dressing dip.
